For over 25 years, Event Concept has been one of London’s most prestigious production companies, providing high-end, technical and scenic production across the UK and Europe.
Event Concept Private takes the unrivalled experience and expertise from Event Concept to provide luxury event production to the most prestigious planners and discerning individuals.
All our services are in-house – from dazzling lighting and sound, through to beautiful stages and stunning installations – this gives us greater creative scope and ultimately, better value for money for our clients.

Lighting & Technical Production
We stock a large selection of technical equipment, allowing us to offer you complete technical solutions, designed in-house by our experienced and trusted technicians. From simple, elegant lighting, to the most elaborate technical system, we design and install directly from our own warehouse.

Construction
Next to our technical warehouse is our scenic workshop, where our team of skilled carpenters and scenic craftsmen build everything from a simple stage through to a bespoke installation, all with a meticulous finish.
